Buy only from AUTHORISED dealers in Singapore. Make sure your authorised dealer gives you all the necessary manual(s), Dahon warranty cards & items given by Dahon. Have the bike tuned by a trained bike technician before you register online with Dahon to avoid voiding the warranty on the frame and folding parts. Your warranty must be covered by Dahon/Speedmatrix Pte Ltd. Do not be given sub standard parts for claims and be denied the warranty service given.
Following shops ARE NOT authorised Dahon Dealer:
Boon Bikes, Tay Junction and Mr Bikes Enterprise
Email Dahon or Speedmatrix if you have purchased a Dahon bike from them. Make sure your bike comes with a full Dahon warranty. Why put your own safety at risk?
If you buy from non-authorised dealers and resellers, your warranty will not be supported by the dealer who does not get his support direct from Dahon. You may be given sub standard parts for claims and be denied the level of service given by Dahon.
